Spring is here and our reunion is only a few months away. We are very excited to announce tickets to the Gala event are now on sale!!! Also, our MC Class 75 website is available at www.mc75.org. Here you will find updated information regarding the Reunion 2006, most notably instructions on how to register for the picnic event on Saturday, July 1^st and how to purchase tickets to the Gala reception on Sunday, July 2^nd. Please register for the picnic and purchase your Gala tickets as soon as possible, since ticket sale is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee your seat until you purchase a ticket. Tickets will not be sold at the door, so please don’t delay.

 

We are still soliciting pictures for our slide presentation. Please help us make this presentation a success by sending pictures of Class 75 alumni to Ngo Khiem at khiemngo@comcast. We must receive your pictures by Thu, June 1^st, 2006.

To register for the picnic event:

 

Please contact Nguyen Luong Hien at hienmd@comcast.net and provide her with the following information:

 

-         Your name

-         Your class (if you are not an MC Class 75 alumnus, please indicate your MC Class 75 sponsor)

-         Number of adults attending (including yourself)

-         Number of children attending

 

Admission to the picnic is free. The cost of food and beverage for the picnic is covered entirely by donations; everyone is encouraged to contribute.

 

Families that plan to attend only the picnic are welcome to make donations or bring their favorite dishes to share.

To purchase tickets to the Gala Reception:

 

Only MC Class 75 alumni are allowed to purchase tickets to the Gala event. Friends and families are warmly welcome as long as an MC Class 75 alumnus sponsors them.

 

You may purchase tickets in one of two ways: Individual tickets or by Table. Individual tickets are US$ 60.00 per person. Table tickets are US$ 600.00 per table. A table sits up to ten people. If you purchase by table, you are responsible for collecting from your party.

 

When registering for the gala event, please contact Nguyen Luong Hien at hienmd@comcast.net and include the following information:

 

-         Name of MC Class 75 alumnus (please indicate “sponsor” if it is the case)

-         Names of all additional attendees (spouse, children (note: must be 12 years old or older), other family members and friends)

-         Your address (tickets will be mailed to this address)

Upon receipt of your payment, ticket(s) will be mailed to you. Please bring your ticket(s) to the gala event; we will check them at the reception desk.

Some of you have asked how to contribute for the picnic cost. If you would like to send a donation, you may include the donation with your check for the gala event tickets. Please indicate in the correspondence the amount you wish to contribute to the picnic event.
