Dear friends,
Our reunion events of July 1st and 2nd
are fast approaching and we are brimming with excitement and
anticipation. Thanks to your enthusiasm and fervent support, the gala
event is sold out, and an exceeded number of guests allowed by our park
permit have signed up.
Picnic:
Ø There
is one detail that we would like to clarify. Admission to the picnic is
free, however, everyone going to the picnic must already have
registered. Currently, we have exceeded the maximum number of guests
allowed by our park permit. In addition, the donations we have received
for the picnic are just enough to cover the cost for this crowd. Due to
the limitation of our resources, the park permit, and those donations,
we are incapable of serving any additional unregistered guest.
Ø All
registered guests (including children) will have printed name tags
provided at the picnic. The name tags will need to be worn at all time
so we can ensure that only MC75 members, families, and friends can
enjoy the food, drink, and games.
Ø New
detailed directions and parking at the park have been posted on our
website. Parking inside the park costs $6.00 per car per entry. Free
curbside parking can be found on Edinger and Euclid streets.
Ø There
are a few picnic tables that will be used to hold food and beverages.
Please bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, sunscreen lotion, and bug
spray.
Gala:
Ø Please bring your gala ticket to the reception. We will check for them at the door.
Ø New
detailed directions to the restaurant have been posted on our website.
Close-in parking spaces are limited, especially if there is another
party going on the same day. Please arrive early to get a good parking
space. We will start at 5:30 PM. Please don't miss the photo session
from 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM.
