Dear Friends,

We’d like to update you on some pertinent information regarding the Gala Sign-Up, Deadline for the Gala payment, Lodging, and the MC 75 Website.

Sign-Up: You can  start signing up for all the planned activities thru this E-mail or thru the event coordinators’ e-mail on the www.MC75.org website.  As spaces in these activities are limited, the priority will be reserved for friends attending the Gala and who have sent in payment for it.

Deadline:  The deadline to send in payments for the Gala was previously set for March 15. We are extending it to May 31 for your convenience.  We are extending it to May 31 for MC75 alumni. We will extend our invitation to other MC alumni and friends/families after the deadline, so please don’t procrastinate.

Lodging:  The room rates communicated to you previously were prevailing rates at the time of our inquiry to the Fairview Park Marriott and the Arlington Hyatt in Virginia. These rates may change at any time.  So, if you’re considering staying at these hotels, we recommend that you make the reservation as soon as possible in order to obtain the best rate. Also, please note that if your stay at the hotels were for Sunday night only, the rates would be much higher.

Website:  Please visit http://www.mc75.org for details on the planned activities for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as the list of guests signed up for them.  For your information, the White House Tour on Friday, August 10 is filling up quickly.  Future information/communication regarding the event will be posted on this website.
